We purchased our 2011 Cadillac SRX from Classy Chassy and dealt with Corey Hawkins, who had sold a vehicle to my husband a couple years before. My husband and I have liked CC since the first vehicle, but our respect went up for this dealership and Corey in particular even more this time. The Cadillac was sold to us As Is with the understanding that we would have to buy new tires for it, which was perfectly fine and understandable cause the tires were still decent. Shortly after we left the dealership my husband and I discovered what we thought was a small issue with the vehicle and went to get it looked at. It ended up being much bigger than we thought. We contacted Corey about it and let me tell you. We honest to God will go to Classy Chassy any time because of this. That man came through so big. To the point he even got us two new tires. Thank you, Corey and Classy, for being so upstanding and for helping us get a great car.

Its our second car from classy chassis in north muskegon. Always have had excellent hospitality Cory did good, but the the insurance for the car not so good. Make sure you fully read the contract for extended warranty. My wife is paritial disabled, and the escape was perfect for her. But now i cant afford to repair the transmission, because the warranty has a limit. So we are out a car. Im retiref and paying for a car with a bad transmission. Good luck to everyone on any help from classy chassis Get the facts on the expensive warranty they sell you.

My daughter just turned 16 years old and I wanted to buy her first car. I thought I would just 'swing by' Classy Chassy and see what they had but I met Corey and ended up buying a car!
